SPRING/DETOX.

It's starting to feel a lot like spring out there.

Spring is the season of renewal, when everything comes back to life, comes into bloom - after the stillness of winter. It's a fresh start, a clean slate, a time to clear out the cobwebs. 

Where are you needing to release some stale energy, to shed some physical or emotional weight? To reveal the most vibrant version of you? Spring is the perfect time to come into the best version of you as everything starts to blossom around us. To cleanse, release, + move forward with clarity + radiance. 

Want to give your body some rest? To allow it to cleanse + release built up toxins + get it back on track. Here are some top tips for creating easy, gentle detoxes for a glowing healthy you. 

1/ Apple cider vinegar {organic + raw} every morning. 
Straight up or mixed with water + a little lemon juice. Try my digestion starter.

2/ Drink half of your body weight in ounces of water. 
Every day. 

3/ Sugar {cut it out}
Completely out + watch for creative names that mean the exact same thing. Great resources for sugar free recipes are "i quit sugar" + "deliciously ella".

4/ Jerf {just eat real food}
Veggies, fruit, whole grains, nuts, legumes....all the good stuff, load up on it. Say no to processed. Best detoxing foods - beets, lemons, apples, green veggies, sprouts, artichokes + cilantro. Get it in your belly. 

5/ Soups + smoothies
They give our digestive system a much needed rest. Best for breakfast + dinner.

6/ Essential oils
Wild orange, rosemary, geranium, juniper berry + cilantro all contribute + aid in assisting the body to naturally eliminate toxins. Not all essential oils are safe to take internally. Message me for the brand I use + trust. 

7/ Detox baths
2 cups of epsom salts + 2 cups of baking soda with 10-15 drops of your favourite essential oil. Heaven. 

8/ Set a goal
Pick a timeline, 7 days, 10 days, 21 days.....pick it before you start + stick to it.
