Want to get your digestive enzymes fired up first thing in the morning?

Drink Apple Cider Vinegar {ACV} every morning. Make sure it is raw + unpasteurized. My favourite brand is Braggs.

ACV tastes nasty. Really nasty but it has so many health benefits, it's well worth the bitter taste. 

Mix up the sweet concoction below to get your digestive fires up + running first thing in the morning. 

Glass of water
2tbsp apple cider vinegar {raw, unpasteurized}
Juice of half a lemon
1tsp cinnamon
1tsp raw honey

Mix all ingredients + drink. 

The combination of the ingredients attributes to increased energy, decreased bloating, weight loss, better digestion, detoxification, alkalizes the body + the list goes on.
