W O R T H Y.

I see this all the time with my coaching clients + it's something thats surfaced for me this past year. 


Worthiness or rather unworthiness.


We've been conditioned to believe we're not worthy, we're not worthy to invest in ourselves...our health, we're not worthy for great success. It's better if we play small. We're not worthy for one of those magical lifes you see some of those other women living. We're not worthy for the relationship of our dreams, that's amazing for them....but it's not in the cards for me. 

I'm here to tell you, you are worthy, so worthy, I'm worthy. We are all worthy of everything we've ever dreamed of. A magical life.

Society, marketing, TV, hollywood, has all conditioned us to believe we're not good enough, we're unworthy but just like we've been conditioned to believe it, we can 'un condition' ourselves to 'un believe' it. We can re-program ourselves, we can unlearn + it all starts with a lot of self love, time + investment in yourself.

Because you're worth it.
