Nostalgia still happening over here, taking me back to December 2015.

In between India + Israel + before I headed back to England for Christmas I nestled into a little retreat in the centre of Barcelona to regroup. Post India I needed a little re-ground time + to 'go home' in a sense. For some reason Barcelona felt like home. Weird how that happens.

If you've ever been to Barcelona, it's an amazing city + it's an 'easy' city. Definitely easy to fall in love with + it could easily be home. I'm not planting any seeds here...but who know's - one day it could be. You never know.

For this stay I booked into Yoga Weeks. I was searching for my yoga calm to return + I found it.

Yoga Weeks is in the heart of Barcelona, kitty corner to La Boqueria Market + right off of Las Ramblas. Perfect location + the most beautiful building ever. It's stunning. It was built in 1890 + was part of the modernistic movement {Gaudi's movement}. The building + house have been conserved with all of their magical features + it has the first elevator installed in Barcelona still in use. It's a design dream + a yoga dream.

The centre accommodates 12 people + has a little kitchen, strictly vegetarian + perfect for hosting retreats as well as attending one. Did I mention it has roof top yoga. Yep, views of the beautiful city while practicing your sun salutations in the sweet sun. Heaven.

I totally recommend a stay at Yoga Weeks + if you could take me with you that would be awesome.

Yoga. Barcelona. Beach. + Gaudi. You can't go wrong.

Also, every cafe in Barcelona was playing this song, cause it was close to Christmas. Heart swoon.
