B E R R Y B L I S S B A L L S.

These balls are a seriously sweet little piece of heaven. Sugar free, dairy free, gluten free + packed full of superfoods. Perfect for a sweet treat during the upcoming festive season or a mid afternoon pick me up. Bonus points - they're pink.

2 cups medjool dates                                                                                                     

1 cup of cashews

1 tbsp chia seeds

1 tbsp hemp seeds

1 tbsp coconut oil

2 tbsp schisandra {whats schisandra? description of this gem below}

1 tsp lucuma 

2 tbsp beet root powder 

Blend everything together until it becomes nice + sticky. Scoop 2 teaspoons into your hand + roll into a ball, repeat for the rest of the mixture. Place all of the balls into the freezer for an hour + then store in the fridge.
